Planet Mama was founded by Lettie King, a London based women’s health movement specialist.
The aim is to create a space where women feel supported and empowered through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
PREGNANCY is a magical time and really highlights how AMAZING the female body is. but with amazement comes anxiety, mixed messages about what you can, can’t, should, shouldn’t be doing to help prepare and strengthen the body for this transformative time.
At Planet Mama we aim to break down the taboos surrounding pre and postnatal exercise and through our COMMUNITY we hope to provide information to empower you on your journey and provide motivation to help you enjoy the journey too!
We want our workouts to work for you, so you can exercise with CONFIDENCE, knowing you’re in a SAFE pair of hands. Our goal is for you to leave each session feeling both energised and stronger. Stronger both physically and emotionally as you feel EMPOWERED knowing why exercise is so beneficial for you and your baby.
What we offer
All our workouts, whether 1:1 or group classes are specifically curated for the PREGNANT or POSTNATAL body and with you in mind. We offer both fitness and yoga to everyone.
Our PT SERVICE can provide you with 1:1 bespoke coaching right from your living room, whether this be face-to-face or online via zoom. If your little one is already here this eliminates the stress of having to organise childcare as your baby can be right there with you. Pregnant? You can exercise in the privacy of your home and no need to travel anywhere.
Alternatively, we have an ONLINE STUDIO with weekly classes where you can join in for a small fee. Less financial commitment but still bringing you workouts specifically curated for the pre and post-natal body. These are also available ON DEMAND for you to revisit at another point in the week.
