LIABILITY WAIVER

CLASSES
1. General
Drop-in classes and class packs purchased online are non-refundable.

2. Booking
We strongly recommend that you book your class in advance as we have a limited number of spaces. If the class is fully booked you won’t be
able to select the class to book it.

3. Cancellation
If you booked a class but can no longer attend, please cancel the class to make space for someone else to join. You can cancel through the dashboard or by emailing hello@planet-mama.co.uk. If you cancel within 12hrs to spare you may forfeit the cost of the class so please cancel as soon as you can.

PERSONAL TRAINING
1. General

All sessions purchased online or via transfer are non-refundable. Sessions have a 6 months validity, however we understand that sometimes life gets in the way and sometime babies come early so extensions can be agreed by emailing hello@planet-mama.co.uk

2. Booking
Please liaise directly with your trainer to book your sessions.

3. Cancellation
If you booked a session but can no longer make it you must cancel this session directly with your trainer, a minimum of 24hrs before. If you cancel less than 24hrs before your session time the cost of the session will be forfeited.

It is the nature of physical activity that there is a certain degree of risk.

By ticking below you agree to follow all safety instructions given to you by your trainer.

You acknowledge that fitness activity and events offered contain an element of personal risk and you agree to release PLANET MAMA from liability for any injury or damage sustained by yourself while participating in such a programme.

You confirm that you have been given the ok to exercise by your GP or health professionally and agree to disclose any changes in health that might affect this.

All personal and medical information will be treated as confidential.
