a 1hr post natal yoga class where we will move and flow releasing tension and releasing aches and pains.
We’ll look at your breathing patterns and explore how the breath can heal the pelvic floor and help you connect back with your true self.
You’ll just need a mat, some space, some yoga blocks or books and some kind of strap – a resistance band, yoga strap or dressing gown cord.
All those post 6 week checkup welcome. Mama focused class with some baby interaction at the end so babies welcome.
