A 1hr post natal exercise class where we focus on reconnecting and stabilising.
Reconnecting with the deep core using breath and gentle loading. Stabalising the pelvis by activating the glutes.
We’ll also include lots of juicy releases for those common tight areas and mobilisations to get you feeling good.
Perfect for those beginning their journey back to exercise and wellness or feel they could do with some more focused core work.
You’ll just need a mat, some space, a long resistance band, a loop resistance band and a yoga block or pilates ball.
