We’ll release, strengthen and move in a way which will make you feel like you’ve worked out, but in a safe way.

You’ll just need a mat, some space, a long resistance band, a loop resistance band and a set of weights: 2-4kg and/or 2 cans.

Modifications offered. All those in their second and third trimester and considered low risk welcome.
