We’ll guide you through a flow intended to make you feel good in your body, to free up tension and release stress.

You’ll just need a mat, some space, some yoga blocks or books and some kind of strap – a resistance band, yoga strap or dressing gown cord.
Perfect for those in their second and third trimester and considered low risk.
