Our programs aim to support you, wherever you are in your motherhood journey.
Each program is carefully curated with a women’s health physio and in collaboration with a nutritionist specialising in pre and postnatal health, resulting in a program with a holistic approach to your wellbeing.
We have 3 programs to offer:
- Fit for pregnancy program, which is take you from the start of your second trimester through to birth.
- P1 Core Rehab, a post natal program for mama’s beginning their journey back to exercise. this can be from 6 week check to 2+ years.
- Then final P2 Core Rehab, a post natal program building on p1 core rehab. slightly more dynamic whilst still focused on the mama’s body.

Lettie is a total gem when it comes to post natal fitness and I just wish I had found these classes sooner in my post natal fitness journey. I started going to Lettie’s ‘mums and buggies’ classes when my daughter was about 8 weeks old. I was desperate to get back into exercise, having always exercised frequently in the past. Lettie is great. She is amazing with the babies and is happy to hold them or entertain them, so that you are able to get on with your much needed workout! Lettie clearly has extensive knowledge regarding the postnatal body and which exercises are suitable, so you can enjoy the classes feeling safe in the knowledge that your delicate postnatal body is in safe hands. I am sure the classes have really helped me to restore my core and improve my pelvic floor, as well as general strength, toning and fitness. The classes are not just great from a postnatal fitness perspective however, I have really benefited psychologically as I have loved attending the classes and you get the chance to meet other mums and have some much needed ‘me’ time.Mary
