We are so happy to be able to offer our Planet Mama community LIVE, streamed classes from the comfort of their own home. Born as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic the overwhelming support from you guys have made it a permanent fixture, so THANK YOU.
The intention of this online studio is to bring you one class a day, ranging from prenatal FITNESS and yoga to post natal fitness and YOGA. All classes will be hosted on zoom, so all you’ll need to have is the latest version of zoom downloaded to be able to join.
