On Demand: Mama & Baby Yoga (Mum focused)

A 1hr postnatal yoga class
- Focusing on breath and pelvic floor connection as well as core and pelvis stabilisation
- We’ll also release common new mama aches and pains
- £8 to workout – access for 1 week
- Suitable for new mama’s once your GP has given you the ok to exercise

What you’ll need:
A mat, a strap/dressing gown cord, block/book, bolster/cushion(s)
