  • Suitable for new mamas once your GP has given you the ok to exercise
  • 2x sets of dumbells: 1x heavier 1x lighter or cans

What you’ll need:

A mat, a strap/dressing gown cord, 2x light weights/2x cans and maybe a household item like a chair
